RUXANDRA BORZAȘ

Ruxandra Borzaș is the Office Manager of Gherdan & Associates, responsible for the smooth running of the firm’s administrative and organisational activities. She ensures that the operational infrastructure supporting the legal team functions with the precision and reliability that complex sports law mandates demand, from client communications and scheduling to the coordination of administrative processes across the firm’s offices in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest.

Ruxandra graduated from the Faculty of History and Philosophy of Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca in 2017. Her academic background, rooted in analytical thinking, research, and communication, translates directly into how she approaches her work: with attention to detail, clarity, and a consistent focus on getting things right the first time.

She is the first point of contact for many clients reaching out to the firm, and takes seriously the responsibility that comes with that role. At a firm where responsiveness and professionalism are not optional, Ruxandra sets the standard for both.

Sport is part of her life beyond the office too. She has a passion for motorsport, a discipline she is drawn to for its intensity, precision, and the absolute premium it places on preparation and teamwork. Those are qualities she brings to her role every day.
