Do not wait: the time will never be ‘just right’. Start where you stand, and work whatever tools you may have at your command and better tools will be found as you go along.

RAUL CELMARE

Sport has always been part of my life. Since I was young, I practiced various branches of sports and watched the most important events. Sport has given me the most valuable lessons about what ambition, determination, teamwork, success, but also failure means.

I remember that as a child I grew up in a sports environment where the famous Prosport newspaper, coordinated by Ovidiu Ioanițoaia, was not missing.

From the professional perspective, I attended in 2014 the courses of the Faculty of Law at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. Four years later, in 2018, I graduated with the bachelor’s thesis title “Institution of the People’s Advocate. Proposals de lege ferenda” at Constitutional Law, coordinated by Conf. univ. dr. Radu Chiriță. In 2019 I promoted the exam and become a member of Cluj Bar, while during 2019 and 2021 I attended the L.L.M program “European Governance” within the Faculty of European Studies, Babeș-Bolyai Universiti, in Cluj-Napoca.

After a long time in which I was a spectator of the beloved sports, I accepted the challenge of my colleagues from Gherdan and Associates – Sports Lawyers to be fully involved in sports, this time as a lawyer.
